๐Ÿงฉ User Settings

To open your User Settings, click on your name in the top corner of the UC panel.
Youโ€™ll then see the screen shown above.

โš ๏ธ Note: Some settings may not be editable. If youโ€™re unable to make changes, please contact your system administrator.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ป User Profile and Preferences

Here you can view and edit:

  • First name / Last name

  • UI Language (choose your preferred display language)

Your User login is displayed here as well โ€” this cannot be changed.

๐Ÿ“ž Additional Info

This section allows you to add or edit:

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses (e.g., Office, Mobile)

You can add new entries by clicking the โž• icon.

๐Ÿ’ก Hide this additional information from Company:
When enabled, your contact details are hidden from colleagues. Only you can view this information.

โš™๏ธ User Settings

This section contains your main telephony settings:

  • Userโ€™s number โ€“ your internal extension or assigned number

  • Assign to device โ€“ link your user to a specific device

  • Web Calls โ€“ enable calling directly from the browser

  • Call anonymously โ€“ hide your caller ID when making calls

  • Operator Console โ€“ enable if you use the operator view

  • Qaller Plus functionality โ€“ allows advanced features in the Qaller app

  • Caller ID โ€“ select which number is displayed when you make outgoing calls

๐Ÿ“ฑ SIM Card Settings

If you use a Fixed-Mobile SIM Card, you can manage how calls behave:

  • Fixed-Mobile Sim Card โ€“ enables mobile integration

  • Ring Fixed / Ring Mobile โ€“ choose which device rings when you receive a call

  • Assign to Sim Card Device โ€“ link your SIM card to your user profile

  • Caller ID for calls from Mobile โ€“ select which number is shown when calling from your mobile

๐Ÿช‘ Hotdesking Settings

Hotdesking allows multiple users to share the same physical phone:

  • Hotdesking โ€“ enable if you log in and out of shared devices

  • PIN Code โ€“ used to log in to a shared phone

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Call Recording Settings

If call recording is available in your organization, youโ€™ll see this section:

  • Call Recording โ€“ enable or disable call recording for your account

  • Start recording โ€“ choose when recording starts (for example: Always, On demand)

๐Ÿ“ฌ Voicemail Settings

Here you manage your voicemail preferences:

  • Voicemail connected โ€“ enable or disable voicemail for your number

  • Send notifications โ€“ receive email notifications when new voicemails arrive

  • Keep voicemails for โ€“ set how many days voicemails are stored before deletion
