To open your User Settings, click on your name in the top corner of the UC panel.
Youβll then see the screen shown above.
β οΈ Note: Some settings may not be editable. If youβre unable to make changes, please contact your system administrator.

π§βπ» User Profile and Preferences
Here you can view and edit:
First name / Last name
UI Language (choose your preferred display language)
Your User login is displayed here as well β this cannot be changed.

π Additional Info
This section allows you to add or edit:
Phone numbers
Email addresses (e.g., Office, Mobile)
You can add new entries by clicking the β icon.
π‘ Hide this additional information from Company:
When enabled, your contact details are hidden from colleagues. Only you can view this information.

βοΈ User Settings
This section contains your main telephony settings:
Userβs number β your internal extension or assigned number
Assign to device β link your user to a specific device
Web Calls β enable calling directly from the browser
Call anonymously β hide your caller ID when making calls
Operator Console β enable if you use the operator view
Qaller Plus functionality β allows advanced features in the Qaller app
Caller ID β select which number is displayed when you make outgoing calls

π± SIM Card Settings
If you use a Fixed-Mobile SIM Card, you can manage how calls behave:
Fixed-Mobile Sim Card β enables mobile integration
Ring Fixed / Ring Mobile β choose which device rings when you receive a call
Assign to Sim Card Device β link your SIM card to your user profile
Caller ID for calls from Mobile β select which number is shown when calling from your mobile

πͺ Hotdesking Settings
Hotdesking allows multiple users to share the same physical phone:
Hotdesking β enable if you log in and out of shared devices
PIN Code β used to log in to a shared phone

ποΈ Call Recording Settings
If call recording is available in your organization, youβll see this section:
Call Recording β enable or disable call recording for your account
Start recording β choose when recording starts (for example: Always, On demand)

π¬ Voicemail Settings
Here you manage your voicemail preferences:
Voicemail connected β enable or disable voicemail for your number
Send notifications β receive email notifications when new voicemails arrive
Keep voicemails for β set how many days voicemails are stored before deletion
