🧩 User Settings

To open your User Settings, click on your name in the top corner of the UC panel.
You’ll then see the screen shown above.

⚠️ Note: Some settings may not be editable. If you’re unable to make changes, please contact your system administrator.

Here you can view and edit:

  • First name / Last name

  • UI Language (choose your preferred display language)

Your User login is displayed here as well β€” this cannot be changed.

πŸ“ž Additional Info

This section allows you to add or edit:

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses (e.g., Office, Mobile)

You can add new entries by clicking the βž• icon.

πŸ’‘ Hide this additional information from Company:
When enabled, your contact details are hidden from colleagues. Only you can view this information.

βš™οΈ User Settings

This section contains your main telephony settings:

  • User’s number – your internal extension or assigned number

  • Assign to device – link your user to a specific device

  • Web Calls – enable calling directly from the browser

  • Call anonymously – hide your caller ID when making calls

  • Operator Console – enable if you use the operator view

  • Qaller Plus functionality – allows advanced features in the Qaller app

  • Caller ID – select which number is displayed when you make outgoing calls

πŸ“± SIM Card Settings

If you use a Fixed-Mobile SIM Card, you can manage how calls behave:

  • Fixed-Mobile Sim Card – enables mobile integration

  • Ring Fixed / Ring Mobile – choose which device rings when you receive a call

  • Assign to Sim Card Device – link your SIM card to your user profile

  • Caller ID for calls from Mobile – select which number is shown when calling from your mobile

πŸͺ‘ Hotdesking Settings

Hotdesking allows multiple users to share the same physical phone:

  • Hotdesking – enable if you log in and out of shared devices

  • PIN Code – used to log in to a shared phone

πŸŽ™οΈ Call Recording Settings

If call recording is available in your organization, you’ll see this section:

  • Call Recording – enable or disable call recording for your account

  • Start recording – choose when recording starts (for example: Always, On demand)

πŸ“¬ Voicemail Settings

Here you manage your voicemail preferences:

  • Voicemail connected – enable or disable voicemail for your number

  • Send notifications – receive email notifications when new voicemails arrive

  • Keep voicemails for – set how many days voicemails are stored before deletion
