After logging in for the first time, you’ll see a screen asking you to set up your preferred 2FA method.
You can choose from three options 👇

📞 Option 1: Phone Call to Your Mobile Number

You will receive an automated phone call on your mobile phone to verify your identity.
What to do:
1️⃣ Enter your mobile number in the field provided.
2️⃣ Click “Add factor”.
3️⃣ You’ll receive a short phone call — follow the voice instructions to confirm.

💡 This option is ideal if you prefer not to use an app for verification.

📱 Option 2: Qaller App

You can also use the Qaller App to confirm your identity.

What to do:
1️⃣ Open or install the Qaller App on your smartphone.
2️⃣ Log in with your existing account details.
3️⃣ When prompted, approve the verification request in the app.

💡 This option is great if you already use Qaller for calling or managing your account.

🔐 Option 3: Authenticator App (e.g. Google Authenticator)

You can use a standard authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator.

What to do:
1️⃣ Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on screen.
2️⃣ Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app.
3️⃣ Click “Add factor” to complete setup.

💡 This is the most common and highly secure option for 2FA.

🕒 Once you’ve set up your preferred method, your 2FA login will stay valid for 24 hours — after that, you’ll be asked to verify again.
