

๐ Transfer App
The Transfer App allows you to forward an incoming call to an internal or external number.
Within your dial plan, simply drag and drop the app to the desired position in the call flow.
Once placed, you can configure the following settings:
โ๏ธ Transfer to Internal or External Number
Click the dropdown arrow to select an internal device or another dial plan.
To transfer a call to an external number (e.g., a mobile phone), enter the destination number directly in the input field.
๐ Call Flow
Specify whether the call should follow the userโs personal dial plan or the main route when unanswered.
This option is available only for internal transfers and is enabled by default.
โฑ๏ธ Timeout
Set the ring duration in seconds.
This option is available only when the call follows the main route.
๐๏ธ Caller ID Display
For external transfers, you can choose what appears on the recipientโs display:
The companyโs phone number
Or the original callerโs number (default)
For internal transfers, the callerโs number is always displayed and cannot be changed.
๐ท๏ธ Label
Add a label or description for the transfer.
This name will appear in your dial plan, helping you easily identify where the call is being forwarded.
