πŸ•’ What are Time Conditions?

Time Conditions let you control when certain parts of your call flow are active.

You can use them to route calls differently based on time of day, day of the week, or even specific dates.

Typical use cases include:

  • Sending calls to a different destination outside business hours πŸ•”

  • Automatically switching between β€œOpen” and β€œClosed” messages

  • Handling special dates like public holidays or company events

Time Conditions make your call routing smart and flexible, so your customers always reach the right destination β€” no matter the time or day.

⏳ The Three Types of Time Conditions

Our platform supports three different types of Time Conditions, each suited for a different purpose:

πŸ“† 1. Period

A consecutive period of dates β€” for example:

From May 25th until July 8th, every day from 09:00 to 18:00.

Useful for temporary routing, like summer schedules or limited-time campaigns.

πŸ“… 2. Dates (second most used)

A selection of specific dates β€” for example:

May 25th and July 8th, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Ideal for public holidays, special events, or one-off schedules.

πŸ“† 3. Weekdays (most used!)

A selection of days of the week β€” for example:

Every Monday to Friday (or just Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) from 09:00 to 18:00.

Perfect for regular opening hours, after-hours routing, or weekend handling.
