📞 The receiver sees an incorrect company name when you call

When you make calls to external numbers through our platform, we never send any (company) name information along with the call.
However, it can sometimes happen that the person you’re calling sees an incorrect company name displayed.

➡️ This happens because mobile phones often check external databases to identify incoming numbers.
These details don’t come from our platform, but from third-party data sources.

🔍 1. Truecaller

Truecaller is one of the most common databases used for caller identification.

📧 If the information shown is incorrect, you can submit a request directly on their website to update your company name or number details.

📇 2. Hiya

Hiya is another major database, often used by Samsung phones and some network providers.
The database isn’t publicly searchable, but you can request an update here:

Make sure your Google Business profile is always up to date.
