With the growing use of WebCalls, users needed a centralized phonebook solution. Since many already use contact apps such as Google Contacts, HubSpot, or CRM systems, Kwebbl created an integration that connects directly to these sources โ€” so you never have to maintain multiple phonebooks again.

โš™๏ธ 5. How to Connect Your Phonebook

  1. ๐Ÿ”‘ Log in to your Kwebbl UC Panel.

  2. ๐Ÿงญ Navigate to Settings โ†’ Smart Phonebook.

  3. ๐Ÿ” Choose your preferred integration.

  4. ๐Ÿ”— Click Connect.

  5. ๐Ÿชช Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize access (e.g., sign in with your Google or CRM account).

  6. โœ… Once connected, synchronization will start automatically.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: The first sync may take a few minutes, depending on the size of your contact list.

๐Ÿง  6. Managing Contacts

  • โœ๏ธ Updates made in your original source (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will automatically appear in all Kwebbl apps.

  • ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Deleted contacts will also be removed everywhere.

  • ๐Ÿ”’ Editing synced contacts directly inside Kwebbl is disabled to keep your data consistent.
