Follow the steps below to configure your intercom correctly.

βš™οΈ Preparation

Before you start:

  1. Make sure the intercom is connected to your network (via cable or PoE).

  2. Note the IP address of the device (usually shown on the display or found through your network).

  3. Open a web browser and enter the intercom’s IP address.

πŸ” Logging in to the Web Interface

  • Log in using the default credentials (usually admin / 2n or admin / 1234, depending on your model).

  • Once logged in, you can start configuring the settings.

☎️ Configure SIP Settings

Navigate to Menu β†’ Services β†’ SIP Settings and fill in the following details:

  • SIP Proxy / Registrar: sip.<yourdomain>

  • User ID / Extension: the number or extension you created in the portal

  • Password: the matching password

  • Display Name: name of the intercom (e.g. Front Door or Reception)
