In this guide, weโ€™ll show you how to use different ๐Ÿ” filters to analyze your data effectively.

The report offers a complete overview of all ๐Ÿ“ฅ incoming and ๐Ÿ“ค outgoing calls.
When you expand a record, you can see all the ๐Ÿ“‹ events that occurred during that specific call, such as:

  • โ˜Ž๏ธ Which option the caller selected in the IVR menu

  • ๐Ÿ“ฑ Which devices rang during the call

  • ๐Ÿท๏ธ Which prefix was sent

  • ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ Who answered the call

  • ๐Ÿ‘‹ Who ended the call

You can also view:

  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ Voicemails that were recorded

  • ๐ŸŽง Call recordings, which can be played back directly within the report
