⏱️ Recommended Expiration Time for Devices

When using auto-provisioning, our system automatically sets the device’s SIP registration expiration time to 300 seconds.
This allows the device to re-register within 300 seconds, ensuring continuous connectivity.

For example:
If a device registers within 60 seconds, it will remain properly connected and function as expected.

💡 Recommendation for DNS-SRV Registrations

For devices that use DNS-SRV type registration, we recommend setting the registration interval to 60 seconds.

This gives us better control over the registration process and expiration time on our side.

In case we decide to lower the default expiration time in the future, you won’t need to manually adjust your device’s registration settings (from 300 to 60 seconds).
