📱 Qaller App – Differences in Missed Calls

Within the Qaller App, there are two different scenarios for an incoming missed call.
The color displayed in Recent Calls immediately shows what happened.

🔴 1. Incoming call was not answered (not by you, not by a colleague)

What does this mean?
The call came in, but nobody within the organization answered it.

Display in the Qaller App:

• 📍 Visible under Recent Calls

• 🔴 Shown in red text

• ❗ Action required (call back)

👉 This means the call was completely missed.

⚫ 2. Incoming call was answered by a colleague

What does this mean?
The call came in to your device or group, but was answered by a colleague.

Display in the Qaller App:

• 📍 Visible under Recent Calls

• ⚫ Shown in black text

• ✅ No action required (call handled)

👉 The call was not answered by you, but it was handled within the team.
