๐Ÿ“– Phonebook

The Phonebook section allows you to view all users and internal dial plans within your organization.
To open it, click Phonebook in the left-hand menu.

By default, this list shows:

  • Users within your company

  • Dial plans (extensions) available in your PBX

You can use the filters at the top to refine your view:

  • Phonebooks โ€“ select which phonebook to display (default: All)

  • Groups โ€“ show contacts from a specific department or group

  • Name Order โ€“ choose how names are displayed (First, Last or Last, First)

  • Search bar ๐Ÿ” โ€“ quickly find a specific user or number

โš ๏ธ Note: Itโ€™s not possible to create your own personal phonebook.

If you want to access external or shared contact lists, you can connect the Smart Phonebook Integration.

โ˜Ž๏ธ Using WebCalls

If you have WebCalls enabled, your browser will automatically start a call when you click on a contactโ€™s phone number.
This allows you to make calls directly from the UC Panel without using a physical phone.

๐Ÿ‘ค Contact Details Pop-up

When you click on a contactโ€™s name, a pop-up appears showing:

  • All known phone numbers (e.g. extension, mobile)

  • All known email addresses for that contact

This makes it easy to choose how you want to reach someone โ€” by phone or email โ€” directly from the same screen.
