π Hunt Group App
A Hunt Group is a group that contains one or more devices π.
The Hunt Group App allows you to route an incoming call to one or multiple internal or external numbers β for example, office phones, landlines, or mobile phones π±.
π₯ Add Users
Under Select User, choose the employee(s) you want to include in the hunt group.
You can type their internal extension or name, or click the arrow icon in the search bar.
Once you see the correct colleague, click their name, then press β Add to include them in the group.
β±οΈ Ring Timeout
The Ring Timeout defines how many seconds each device will ring.
If devices ring simultaneously, this value represents the total ringing time.
If devices ring sequentially, multiply the timeout value by the number of devices.
π Ring Order
Choose how incoming calls should be distributed within the hunt group:
π’ All at once (default) β All devices ring at the same time.
β Add one by one β Logged-in users are added one by one until someone answers (or until all are ringing).
π Round robin β The call is offered to each user in turn, following a sequence, until someone answers.
β‘οΈ One by one (fixed order) β Each user is called individually, in the listed order.
