Besides the default phonebook CRM / ERP integrations, we offer the possibility to integrate your own phonebook system. All your contacts will be automatically synced to our platform, including our UC Panel, WebCalls, fixed devices and Qaller App.

How it works

The Custom Phonebook Integration is simple to set up and maintain. Kwebbl performs regular GET requests to your phonebook endpoint to fetch the latest contact data. Your endpoint must be accessible from our servers, return valid JSON, and respond within 5000 ms.
