πŸ‘₯ Creating User Groups

Within the πŸ‘€ Users section of the company panel, you can create and manage User Groups.

User Groups are a powerful way to organize users with similar roles or responsibilities. These groups can be used in πŸ“ž Huntgroups within the telephony environment, helping you manage call routing and improve team collaboration.

You can also assign πŸ”’ permissions to these user groups. This allows members to manage certain featuresβ€”such as πŸ“‹ dial plansβ€”without giving them full administrative access to the company panel.

For example:
➑️ If a group has permission to manage dial plans, members can edit the πŸ” forwarding options of those dial plans directly in the πŸ“± Qaller App, while still keeping limited access rights.

Add a new Group

User Groups allow you to organize users and give them access to manage specific dial plans in the πŸ“± Qaller App β€” without granting full admin rights to the company panel.

When you add a Dialplan to a group, all members of that group will be able to manage that dial plan’s forwarding settings directly in Qaller.
