๐Ÿ‘ฅ Creating User Groups

Within the ๐Ÿ‘ค Users section of the company panel, you can create and manage User Groups.

User Groups are a powerful way to organize users with similar roles or responsibilities. These groups can be used in ๐Ÿ“ž Huntgroups within the telephony environment, helping you manage call routing and improve team collaboration.

You can also assign ๐Ÿ”’ permissions to these user groups. This allows members to manage certain featuresโ€”such as ๐Ÿ“‹ dial plansโ€”without giving them full administrative access to the company panel.

For example:
โžก๏ธ If a group has permission to manage dial plans, members can edit the ๐Ÿ” forwarding options of those dial plans directly in the ๐Ÿ“ฑ Qaller App, while still keeping limited access rights.

Add a new Group

User Groups allow you to organize users and give them access to manage specific dial plans in the ๐Ÿ“ฑ Qaller App โ€” without granting full admin rights to the company panel.

When you add a Dialplan to a group, all members of that group will be able to manage that dial planโ€™s forwarding settings directly in Qaller.
