
๐ฅ Creating User Groups
Within the ๐ค Users section of the company panel, you can create and manage User Groups.
User Groups are a powerful way to organize users with similar roles or responsibilities. These groups can be used in ๐ Huntgroups within the telephony environment, helping you manage call routing and improve team collaboration.
You can also assign ๐ permissions to these user groups. This allows members to manage certain featuresโsuch as ๐ dial plansโwithout giving them full administrative access to the company panel.
For example:
โก๏ธ If a group has permission to manage dial plans, members can edit the ๐ forwarding options of those dial plans directly in the ๐ฑ Qaller App, while still keeping limited access rights.

Add a new Group
User Groups allow you to organize users and give them access to manage specific dial plans in the ๐ฑ Qaller App โ without granting full admin rights to the company panel.
When you add a Dialplan to a group, all members of that group will be able to manage that dial planโs forwarding settings directly in Qaller.
๐งญ How to Create a New Group
Go to:
โก๏ธ Users โ Groups โ Add new groupEnter the group name ๐ท๏ธ
In the โName of the groupโ field, type a clear and descriptive name (e.g., Support Team or Sales Group).
This field is required.
Set a call pickup code โ๏ธ
In โCall pickup short codeโ, enter the code users will dial to pick up calls for this group (e.g.,
*8).
Choose a group color ๐จ
Select a color for the group box to make it visually easy to recognize.
Add users or dial plans โ
Use the โSearch User or Dialplanโ field to find and add members.
Click the โ icon next to a name or dial plan to include it in the group.
Adding a Dialplan means all group members can manage that plan in Qaller.
Review the list of members ๐
Added users and dial plans will appear in the List of Members on the right-hand side.
Click โCreateโ โ
Once everything looks correct, click Create to save your new group.
