⚙️ Condition App

The Condition App acts as a filter for phone numbers ☎️.
It allows you to define specific rules that determine how calls are handled — ideal for blocking certain numbers or routing specific callers to a different destination.

🚫 Blocking Specific Numbers

You can use a condition to block incoming calls from one or more specific numbers.
For example, if you don’t want to receive calls from certain callers, simply create a condition that matches those numbers and connect it to a Hang Up action.

🕵️ Blocking Anonymous Calls

To block anonymous callers, set your condition to “Is Empty” and place a Hang Up action underneath it.
Here’s what happens: when the platform detects an incoming anonymous call (no caller ID), it follows the condition logic and ends the call automatically.

💡 Tip: This is a simple and effective way to prevent unwanted anonymous calls.

🎯 Custom Routing for Specific Numbers

You can also use the Condition App to route calls from specific numbers differently from all others.

For example:
If a number starts with 49 (the country code for Germany 🇩🇪), you can configure the call to go to User 900 instead of the usual users 220 and 240.
If User 900 is unavailable, the call will be disconnected.

Alternatively, you could route these calls to a voicemail or audio message — for example, to play a German-language greeting.
