🌐 Change Language

In this section, you can change the system language of your phone system.
The selected language will determine the language used in the interface and all standard system announcements.

🔄 Effect of Changing the Language

When you change the language, all default system prompts and recorded messages will automatically switch to the selected language.
This includes for example:

📞 Voicemail messages — e.g. “Please leave a message after the tone.”
⏳ Queue announcements — e.g. “All our agents are currently busy…”

💡 Note:
Custom recordings you have uploaded yourself will not be affected.
Only the default system messages are replaced with the selected language version.

⚙️ How to Change the Language

1. Go to Settings → Language

2. Select your desired language from the dropdown list 🌍

3. The system will automatically update all default messages and menus
