πŸ“Š Call Reports

Within the UC Panel, the Call Reports section provides a complete overview of all incoming and outgoing calls.

Here you can easily:

  • See who called whom

  • View start and end times of calls

  • Check the duration and status (e.g. Missed, Answered)

  • Filter results by date range, call type, or answered status using the Advanced filter option

If call recording is enabled for your user, a play button ▢️ will appear at the end of the row, allowing you to listen back to the recorded call.
