

π Call Reports
Within the UC Panel, the Call Reports section provides a complete overview of all incoming and outgoing calls.
Here you can easily:
See who called whom
View start and end times of calls
Check the duration and status (e.g. Missed, Answered)
Filter results by date range, call type, or answered status using the Advanced filter option
If call recording is enabled for your user, a play button βΆοΈ will appear at the end of the row, allowing you to listen back to the recorded call.
