π Call Forwarding
𧩠1. Introduction
You can easily activate call forwarding for your own number using a simple shortcode.
This feature works only for the user who initiates it β itβs not possible to change forwarding rules within a company-wide dial plan.
βοΈ 2. Activate Forwarding
To quickly enable call forwarding, dial:
*21*<number># or *21*<number>*
β‘οΈ Replace <number> with the phone number you want calls to be forwarded to.
If the number is invalid, youβll hear an error message.
Example:
You want to forward all calls to 0612345678 β dial *21*0612345678#
π« 3. Disable Forwarding
To disable call forwarding, use any of the following codes:
*21##21#*21**21*#
β‘οΈ Disabling call forwarding restores your original call routing settings.
