π Announcement App
The Announcement App lets you play an audio file within your dial plan β for example, to greet your callers π or to play a closed message without allowing voicemail recordings.
π΅ Add an Audio File
When adding an announcement, you can select an audio file that has already been uploaded to your account.
If you havenβt uploaded any files yet, click Upload Audio File.
Next:
Click Upload to choose your file.
Click Save to store it in the system.
