The Announcement app is your go-to solution for automating audio prompts within dial plans. You can upload, manage, download, and listen to announcements directly in the app.

For added flexibility, users with access to a device in the environment can record announcements dynamically. This is enabled by setting the option "Allow recording this announcement dynamically" toggle to "Yes.", configuring a shortcode in the Announcement app and saving the announcement.

In the example provided, the shortcode *55*9004*1 would be dialed. A step-by-step audio guide will then assist the user in recording and setting the announcement.
